Cheap Shafts, Blades (Toe/Mid curves mostly), and Visor

Recommended Posts

Everything is sold

I have started a new thread with the items that are still for sale, plus more. Please check it out here if interested:

http://www.modsquadh...-gold-and-more/

I have some stuff that has just been sitting around in my apartment that I never use. None of it is really anything to special, I just want to get rid of it for cheap.

All prices are USD.

All blades are right handed

Canadian users, PM me first. Shipping may require a little extra than within the US.

Shafts:

Harrow 300 tapered shaft

- 75 Flex

- Cut down 2.5" so it is now 52.5" total

- Matte Rubber grip

- Condition is 9.5/10

I only used it at about 3 sticks and pucks, never seen in game use. Has a couple very, very minor paint chips. Most are tiny. To be honest, I think the some are from storage/transportation rather than actual use.

- Looking for $50 shipped

Bauer One95 standard shaft

- 67 flex

- Uncut 49"

- Clear finish with raised edges on the corners in the middle of the shaft

- Condition is 8/10

I used this stick mostly at sticks and pucks. It has also been used a couple times for pond hockey. I candy caned the shaft (Kessel style, so there was a decent amount of tape on it when it was there.) Structurally, the shaft is sound. The candy cane took off some of the clear finish when I removed it so the paint isn't the best looking.

- Looking for $40 shipped

Easton SE16 tapered shaft (from broken OPS)

- 85 flex

- 53" plus 2" wood plug

- Condition is ... hard to rate. See below

I picked up this and converted it to a shaft. I lightly sanded down the paint and spray painted it full black. There was one spot where it looked like it was stepped on by a skate. It wasn't very deep but I put some epoxy in it just in case. It doesn't effect it structurally. After I spray painted it black, I removed the tape from the handle to retape it but it took off a lot of the black. I am in the process of removing the black spray paint so the top is silver and the bottom is still black, with some black spots randomly on the shaft.

- Looking for $15 shipped

TPS R2 tapered shaft (model CS8)

- Regular flex

- 51" and I am unsure of it original length

- Condition is 6/10

The shaft is structurally very strong. However, it is not the best looking stick cosmetically. Paint chips are pretty prominent throughout. There also is one small chip in the shape. It does not affect the shafts strength though.

- Looking for $15 shipped

The next shafts are just random ones that I have laying around. Good for someone who wants to use them for a project or just want some shafts to use and abuse.

Inno Maniac tapered shaft (from OPS)

- 95 flex

- 49.5"

- Condition is 9.5/10

I bought this stick for the curve. However, it was too stiff for me so I cut off the blade to salvage it. I used the stick at a couple stick and pucks. Very minimal paint chips.

Mission M-1 tapered shaft (from OPS)

- 85 flex

- 47.5"

- Condition is 7/10

Basically I wanted to buy the blade but I ended up taking the whole setup because it was very cheap overall.

Inno Maniac tapered shaft (from OPS)

- 95 flex

- 50.5"

- Condition is 7/10

Basically the same description as the M-1 shaft.

- All 3 shafts above are free + shipping.

Blades:

Warrior Dolomite Gionta tapered blade

- Lie 4 (Warrior scale)

- Condition is 8.5/10

I used this blade at about 5 sticks and pucks + a couple sticks and pucks. The blade is very strong. The only thing is it looks like it got stepped on briefly by a skate blade. It isn't very deep, just noticeable when untaped. Also, hair line scratch from when I needed to remove the tape quickly from a knife. Very slight and doesn't affect the blade any way.

- Looking for $30 shipped

Sherwood T90 custom tapered blade

- About 5.25 lie (Easton scale)

- Condition is 10/10 (New)

I bought two of these blades from the member Malcb33 here. They are similar to the Warrior Gionta curve but it opens up slightly in the middle and follows through to the toe. I used one of the blades. They have great feel. I really like the curve, but I have become a fan of higher lies. This blade is unused. It was inserted into a shaft and taped up but never seen any ice time or been used on a shooting board.

- Looking for $50 shipped

TPS Karpovtsev pro stock tapered blade

- About 5 lie (Easton scale)

- Condition is 8.5/10

I bought this blade from the member Ranger-#8. It is a short blade, about the same size of an Iginla curve. The curve is straight then kinks about mid-toe. The toe is open slightly. Blade is strong, however some of the paint has started to come off.

- Looking for $25 shipped

Reebok M-14 tapered blade

- About 5 lie (Easton scale)

- Condition is 9/10

The M-14 curve is similar to the Cammalleri/Stamkos/Burrow retail curves. Pretty straight, closed, mid-heel. I bought this off the member kklinder. I used it once on the pond. It is very strong. The only real thing is a couple tiny hair line scratches. Some of the Reebok decal is starting to come up too. Nothing that harms the blade structurally.

- Looking for $15 shipped

Easton ST Heatley standard blade

- 5 lie (Easton scale)

- Condition is 7.5/10

This is one of the older yellow ST blades. I got this curve in a similar (although reversed) scenario to the Inno Maniac and Mission M-1 shafts. I have never used it. The previous owner spray painted it black and some of it has started to peel away. Blade is strong. There is a little rattle in the heel when you tap it on the ground but it doesn't seem to harm it structurally. The white spots on the blade in the pi-ctures are just tape residue.

- Looking for $15 shipped

The next two blades are going to be similar to the Mission M-1 and Inno Maniac shafts listed above. They are well used and don't have much life left in them but still can be used if you want to teach someone how to shoot or just use it on a surface that you wouldn't want to tear up another blade on.

Easton SE16 Iginla tapered blade

- 5.5 lie (Easton scale)

- Condition is 5/10

I have never used the blade. It has a small crack around the middle of the blade in about the mid-heel area. The blade is strong around it but I can't guarantee it because of that reason.

Warrior Dolomite Kovalev tapered blade

- Lie 5 (Warrior scale)

- Condtion is 5/10

Blade doesn't seem to be very stiff, although Dolo blades seem to be a little softer than other tapered blades. I hate this curve so I haven't used it. Has some life left in it but seems to be well used.

- Both blades are free + shipping

Visor:

Itech HS-22 Aviator cut

- No hardware included

- Condition is 8/10

I got this visor from the member Machinehead2k5. I used the visor for about 5 months. It had a scuff around the left eye area when I got it. It does not affect vision. A few other scuffs have accumulated while wearing it but nothing that hinders your vision when on the ice. I always carry my helmet in a separate bag to try to keep it as clean as possible. It still has a lot of life left in it.

- Looking for $20 shipped

I have pictures for every item but it won't let me post them all at once, so I will post a link to the album. Here is the list of how the pictures go (from left to right):

Roadrunner, I just got home and I held them in my hands and compared them to other blades that I have here. The T90 seems slightly heavier than the Dolo Gionta blade but lighter than my T1 P92 standard blade. The Reebok feels slightly heavier than the T90, closer to around the weight of the T1. However, those Reebok blades are a thicker blade that I have heard have good feel and durability.

Sorry I can't actually weight them on a scale though.
