I Ordered custom vapor 40's when I was playin JR'S and loved them. I ve had my TO'S for about three or four months and they are still killing my foot. The size is

LF- 8 3/4 C heel D Forefoot.

RF- 8 1/2 C heel D Forefoot.

Both pro stiff, double stitched, renforced eyelets, white felt tongue.

The pain is on my left front behind my pinky toe and the inside forefoot

The right foot is just on the outside.

Obviously they don't fit correctly and I'm so dissapointed cause I spent a lot of money on them. I have superfeet in them and not much of a difference and wearing thin socks. Is the only option to punch them out ? Because purehockey won't take them back(which I understand). It sucks cause I love the sk8 but its unbarable at times. Any info will help thanks in advance.

I'll get a pic of them up when I get on my computer.

send them back to bauer to have the boot adjusted. sucks to not have skates but i have had to do it a few times with different models and have always either had the issue resolved or was given a different model. in fact i haveing a form made so that bauer can better address the issue. Bauer custom cusomer service has always been top notch in my desalings with them. take them back to the lhs who ordered them and they can get more info for you from the rep. hope this helps.

Wow, yes that does help! But the thing is when I adressed the situation with the store they basically said it was out of their hands. Do you have any idea on how to contact bauer?

Its not out of their hands, they just dont want to follow up with you. If you had them do the measurements and order the skate, they should be able to help you and guarantee that you have a skate that fits you.

I had TotalOne customs EEE forefoot including a punchout on the inside of left skate. They were a little tight after the first 2 bakings and needed additional punching out as well. A local pro shop (not the one that I ordered from coincidentally, but one of the better ones in the state) that I deal with regularly for both my son and myself had me leave them with them for 4-5 days. They have one of those purpose built punchout/widening/stretching machines. They worked on them by warming and spot warming then stretching and punching every now and then and leaving them on the machine when possible over the 4-5 days, or something like that. When I came back in 1 last bake and fit session and now they fit like a pair of socks. They charged me for a sharpening.

Personally,I would rather send them back to bauer than risk voiding the warranty on a pair of customs. We did the same for a local hockey director and it almost broke the skate where the toe cap and boot meets. its a very risky process but it can work. Glad your skates were able to make it through the process though.
