Off Ice Training Accessories

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I'm trying to wrap my head around what the different types of off ice Accessories. I get the Green biscut is for smoothish surfaces, the Wooden balls are.. for other surfaces, weight pucks are just heavier. The one I don't understand is foam pucks, are they just lighter or serve a certan purpose? are they for on the ice or off or smooth surfaces?

Are there any other suggestion people can offer?

You can use green biscuits on rough pavement too. Every now and then it might hit and odd spot and hop, but its fun as shit to pass the puck in the street. I swear by those things.

peranis just had a huge warehouse clearance sale, to which i went twice, and the only thing i bought was a green biscuit. good for me that its about 5 mins from my work. The product itself is awesome, although my neighbors might not like it considering our garages are attached, but then again the loud appleseed cast playing might annoy them more.

Agreed, green biscuit is a great product. We have big tiles all thru the house and I use one with my 8yo and 3yo, basically just messingaround, shooting (not hard obviously or the wife will murder me)/passing, and the biscuit slide smoother than just about any other off-ice puck I've ever tried.
