Looking to get get either digital palms or a rubnerized overlay put in. Has anyone ever uses these guys before?

I got a pair of Eagle x51 gloves repalmed by Joe at Hockeymenders about two months ago. I got the ultimadry palms in mine and I am really happy with the results. I inquired about the rubber inserts, but Joe recommended against them as he thought they would make the palms too thick. I took his advice and have been satisfied with the decision and the ultimadry palms have exceeded my expectations as far as performance.

From my experience with digital, I would probably get the inserts. I had a pair of Franchise gloves with digital palms and they were pilling really bad after about 3-4 months.

For me, the decision to try Hockeymenders was made a lot easier because it is local for me. After talking to Joe I was able to arrange a pick up at his shop and saved the $$$ on shipping and got them back in about five days. Savings aside, I am pleased with the finished product and would recommend Hockeymenders for their good work and quick turn-around time.

Edit: I forgot to mention in my original post that I had requested to have some extra stich repair/reinforcement work done in addition to the repalming. Joe did this at no additional charge, for which I am very grateful.

I had a pair of franchises repalmed with digital with them. Not perfect but a decent job... The binding they use is a little thick. The pinky finger of the gloves feel stiffer now... There was also some loose stitching on the interior of one palm. Not a big deal though.

I would use them again, but would request them to reuse the original binding if possible.

Their digital is really nice though. Almost equal to Warrior, but a different stitching pattern.
