Davetronz 109 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Was this product purchased through a retailer? If so, they should be able to handle the warranty for you.
JR Boucicaut 3810 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Usually, stick warranties go through the manufacturer...888-703-GRAF (it used to be that years ago, I don't imagine it's changed.)
jcommeau91 2 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 For Perani's Hockey World we were told to replace the stick in the store if we have it in stock for them.
justhockeykid 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Yes, They told me to check out Graf for the warranty info. I did, then I couldn't find any contact info on the website. I was wondering if they another website just for warranties and other info.

jsykes 35 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Yup, your retailer is being lazy or they may not have been informed of the way Graf wants to handle it. Most manufacturers handle their warranty directly, Graf instructed retailers to just replace the stick and then the retailer will receive replacement or credit for the stick. I just did this yesterday as a matter of fact. I'd go back and try to deal with the retailer again. If you want to contact Graf directly, you can email them at graf@grafcanada.com or check out their twitter page. https://twitter.com/GrafCanada/
