Removing the axles from He950's

Hey guys I was wondering how to remove the axles from my he950's I only have had Sensor frames before so I am not used to the bolt system on the Mission. I Unscrew the bolt but there is the male part still in the frame. Is there a way to pop these out? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Just use the tool you used to unscrew with and push it through (push the tool into the hole until it pops out the other end).
