New USA Bauer APX

The APX is new, from the Team USA NTDP sale. There are some scuffs on the blade and hosel area and will include pictures of the areas below. I bought it like that and was assured by the Team USA EQM that it was brand new. The codes on the stick are:

It has a grip finish and a light sharkskin finish on the blade as well.

is this a 5 or a 6 lie

It doesn't say on the stick but it appears to be a slightly higher lie than the 5.5 Easton Sakic's I have so I would guess that it is Bauer's 6 lie.
