Vince87 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2013 Hi guysI've played with Warrior sticks for a long time now, this season being quite content. But there's the issue of Warrior sticks becoming soft quite quickly. So now I'm thinking about switching for next season and there are three sticks that I consider, apart of the new DT 1 or just buying some new Widows and I'm hoping you can help me make a better decision. I'm looking for a low kick-point obviously and I really like the thin blade on the Widow, I feel it lets me know very good where the puck is at all times. So I'm looking for those qualities in my new stick but I'd like it to remain stiff for a longer period of time. I usually played 85-flex, since I'm not the biggest guy I have to cut my sticks and they're probably more of 90-95 flex. So, which of the following meets my criteria best and which of those have you made your best experiences with?Easton Stealth RSEaston MakoSher-Wood Nexon 12Warrior DT 1Could I solve the issue by just switching to a stiffer flex (even though I'm afraid it would hurt my wristers, as a winger I don't take to many slappers)? Thanks for all your replies! Amiroo39 121 Report post Posted January 5, 2013 i got two widows an rbk20k an rs II and the DT1. would have to take the dt1 over all of them. the blade improvement is very noticeable. give them another go. you can also try one for a month and return it for a refund if not satisfied. rs II is second. Chadd 916 Report post Posted January 5, 2013 If you like the release of the widow, I would stick with the DT1. While I haven't tried the Sher-wood stick, I don't think the others perform very similarly.
