Reebok 20k skates.

As I have said in another thread my total one skates 8.5 d are slightly too narrow in the toe box. I can get a pair of 20k Reebok for less than half the price of retail.

The 20k are an 8e and I'm wondering if these will have a wider toe box than the total one? Also I have heard that Reebok are sized slightly different to bauers length wise, is this true?

Lastly how is the durability of the 20k?

I don't know about how they compare to the TO's, but I've been playing in the 20K's 3 or 4 times a week since August, and they still look practically brand new. The durability has been really great. I also wear size 8E.

I did break a holder after about 3 weeks, but that was just a freak thing while blocking a shot, that could have happened to any holder.

Wide enough for me, about the same as other brands I've owned (Easton SE16, Bauer Vapour XXXX)

I wear the 14K, coming from Bauer these are definitely wider and deeper which I needed. The Bauer supreme line was weird for me in that the toe box was okay bu the mid width was to narrow and cramped my foot. The RBKs seem to have more volume everywhere. As for length I think they run true to size, since I have been a 7.5 E in just about everything I tried.

Does anyone here know if the toe box is wider in the ee version compared to the d?

I had the d on but they were a bit tight in the box.

I am wearing supreme 0ne.9 's 8.5 D. I tried on 20K's in 8 EE, and they fit me. i have lots of toe room in the supremes in length and width. In the 20k's the toe length was good, and the width was ok but they were out of the box fit. No baking
