I have senior dt1 75 flex cut off about 5-6 inches. Maybe even 7. Thinking about picking up an intermediate widow on clearance. If I go with a 70 and cut it will it be close to my 75 cut or should I try 55 if I want to see how a whippy stick feels?

The uncut 75 dt1 feels awesome but after I cut it down it feels a good deal stiffer

I would go with the 70, the 55 would be a huge jump.

I have a 55flex dt1 cut down 8" and it plays whippier than my x60 60 flex cut to the same length with the flex rating around 72 flex. Hope that helps you out

DT1 is very different from the Widow. I'd try the 70 in the Widow.
