paint removal or repaint

alright i just recieved my new skate remodel projec. i am putting a mission hilo mag on a mako. i want the chassis to either be all white ( no logos) or find a way to repaint it. any suggestions on which way to go?

thats tricky bc the white is paint as well, so nail polish remover wont work here. you can use some abrasive if you want them off that bad but you risk going through he white as well.
