Warrior AX1S "pro-balance"

Recommended Posts

Warrior claims its AX1 shafts are "pro-balanced". What exactly does this mean? Did they weight the butt end so that the shaft/blade combo would be less blade heavy? This is what I am hoping as I currently use a 4" wood plug to balance my shafts. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes...that's what "Pro Balanced" means.

When designing the shaft, we take into account the weight of the blade being way out on the stick and place weight strategically throughout the shaft so the transition of weight is smooth. You can also feel this when you swing the stick, not only when you hold it.

Thank you both. Balance in shaft/blade combo is very important to me. Ive been trying to find used EQ50 weighted end caps and using wood plugs for quite some time now. I'll have to buy one now and give it a go.
