E-Pro Holder Vs. Speed Holder 4.0

Recommended Posts

What are the main differences between these holders? Pitch...etc. Plus, how do the RBZ skates fit compared to the current Reebok skates, especially with regards to width?

From what I understand the holder is higher, thus giving you a better turn radius. However, I tried a trial run pair and they felt sooooo much different from my CCM CL's. I felt like I actually couldn't turn which is ironic considering they say you can turn a lot faster. I guess they just take a while to get used to, but yeah, alot different from my CL's. My CL's are pro stock too so not sure if that makes a difference.

What is likely the difference is that your prostocks have a different radius than the new RBZs, and also the prostocks had likely been sharpened many times, reducing the radius even more. This is why most people who skate on new steel often feel like they are on skis.
