Prosharp ROH vs FBV

Guys, short question

Which FBV is closer to Prosharp 23 ROH (btw, what does it mean 23 - is it ft? inch? meters? what else?)

Or which FBV will work better with weight around 205-210 lb?

Just in case - i use prosharp zuperior L profile, 280mm blade

If it's 23mm, you would be looking at something like 15/16 or 7/8 ROH. That would likely end up being 95/50 or 85/75, depending on which you prefer.
