extra shin padding for calf?

So of course the puck always seems to find the areas where there is no padding; got struck in the calf and that got sore pretty quick. Any ideas on what to use for extra padding back there? Seems like Zetterberg wears something for his calfs. I wear Jofas with the extra calf guard, go figure, it still managed to miss that.

I used to wear plastic soccer shin guards on the back of my calves. I haven't checked any local sports stores for those as of late. Do they even make those any longer?
