shell question

for those that know about different types of shells / girdles, can you use CCM or Reebok 9 k shells on a Bauer NXG girdle?

just wondering how interchangeable these are.

sure, i use a large 9k shell on my one95 and also synergy XL girdles. I use a belt with the shell.
