is there a way to punch out skates at all , mainly where the big toe is

I heard positive feedback about his before, but having tried it myself, it never worked. The done it with total ones which caused me pain at my big toe, where the toe cap starts. It would work but then lose its shape after a couple of days.

I just had the stretched again but id like to have it punched out a tiny bit , what lost its shape the toe cap , was the toe cap still okay?

Mine was punched where the join is at the toecap and boot. It did work and the toecap was widened slightly, but it went back to normal within days. The advice I was given was to sand the inside of the toe cap to shave it down to create more space, I didn't want to do this an potentially ruin the skates.

Previously toe caps could not be done but Customworx (I think that is how their MSH name is spelt) posted in a different thread about how they had recently developed a punch that did this.

I have done the area where the toe cap joins the boot (little toe area) and have got a lot of stretch there (3mm bulge in the toe cap) but it took days on the press moving it a little bit each time and spot heating. Once the plastic is stretched and settled it will not change its shape.
