Digital Palm Maintenance

Just had my gloves re-palmed with digital. Looking for opinions on how best to maintain the soft feel. Thanks.

Lanolin seems to be the best treatment out there. If you have extremely salty sweat, it can be very hard to keep palms soft.

+1 for lanolin.

make sure to rub it in and dont leave any extra on there, though not a huge concern for hockey the extra residue may attract dirt.

This is going to sound a little strange, but in addition to some lanolin, this works pretty well: Wear nitrile gloves underneath your gloves. Most of your sweat will stay inside the nitrile glove and it'll protect/last for a game or practice. If you want to drain some sweat, simply hold your arm out, tilt your hand up and squeeze.

This is not for everyone. However, I did this for about 8-10 times or so with a pair of gloves I wasn't sure I wanted to keep. Except for some minor piling on the palms, the gloves looked brand new (still very soft and supple) and didn't smell at all.
