CXN and Razor Bladz II, hole pattern, interchangeable steel?

Dont know if there have been any discussions regarding this (searched but didn't find), but can one use the steel from Razor Bladz II on the new CXN holders?

And

Does the Razor Bladz II holders and the CXN dito share the same hole pattern
