X7.0 Boot Stretch

Question for the guys with experience; is it likely that the X7.0 boot can be stretched enough to get 1/4 size increase in length. Also, could I get a couple of mm in width at the edge of the toe cap where the stitching is? Was gifted an almost new pair, but they are just a little bit small.

Yes, if done correctly those increases can be within reason. The edge of the toe cap would be better with a punch, but could also be a forefoot stretch.
