TUUK LS2 Edge Steel vs TUUK super stainless steel

I just purchased a pair of Nexus 6000 for my son which came with the TUUK super stainless steel runners. I like having two sets of runners for him because I have to drive pretty far for sharpening, and also as a backup in game situations. I was going to purchase the LS2 Edge runners as the second pair, but have some concerns.

I can't find any specifications for he TUUK super stainless steel runners, but my goal would be for my son not to feel any difference on the ice between the two sets of runners. I understand that the steel is better with the LS2's and I read in a previous post that the LS2's are taller. Is there enough difference that it will feel different on the ice with the different runners?

Is there an option to buy the TUUK super stainless steel runners to have an exact duplicate or would that be a bad decision?

There is no practical difference. The runners will never be identical after different sharpening a anyway, but any adjustment time should be minimal, if it even exists.

Going from S Stainless or Super Stainless in your case, the runner height will be very close to LS2 Edge and LS Fusion Edge.
