Those stores have the RBE III. He's looking for the VIII and I don't see those at any of the stores. Those have been out of production for a few years now, but pop up on ebay. The i2 oreo versions have sold for crazy prices (over $200US in some cases) in the past year or so (just do an advanced ebay search for sold Bauer RBE VIII cages). The itech versions still command a premium (generally sell between $60 and $90), but not as much as the Bauer versions...they're basically the same cage with different branding. The non-oreo versions can sell for close to retail - it's the i2 oreo versions of the VIII that have commanded the high prices.

If you don't want to pay high ebay prices you may be able to find some by searching your local stores for old stock, checking craigslist and Kijiji.
