They should have given you a tracking number. Go to the UPS website and enter the tracking number and see where it is.

I've ordered a few things with them before and they always ship your package out within 24 hours of the order being placed as long as the item was in stock. If you're talking about transit time on how long it takes to get to you, that all depends on where you live.

I can't speak to their mail-ordering, but I dropped into their shop while I was passing thru southern Ontario the other day. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended.
