Feedback on Bauer x90.....mako related.

Skates. Pretty cheap right now. Of course it's all based on foot shape etc. I have makos and thinking about going back to a more traditional slate. These are candidate #1 currently due to price and other factors.

Wondering how hard it will be going from mako to these.

Not hard at all. I went from Mako back to Supreme NXG and am currently skating in Vapor 1X. If you have a Vapor fit I would also look at the X100, which is a Curv constructed skate.

What's the benefit of each tech mesh vs curv? Which would feel close to mako? If I have a mako foot is that closer to vapor?

Not sure I want a super stiff skate like the 100

Curv versus Tech Mesh comes down to preference. I have skated in One95, TotalOne, NXG, and now 1X, preferring the lighter weight, protection, and performance that the Curv composite materials offer. Hard to know exactly what a "Mako" foot translates to seeing that the mold-ability of the Mako seems to fit a variety of foot shapes. You also have to take into consideration that just because a boot is stiff doesn't mean that it lacks the ability to flex appropriately.
