Vapor XX dressed like XXX Lite?

So I've wondered about this on and off for many years. My old youth coach had a Vapor XX shaft that looked like a XXX Lite but just had "XX" where the "XXX Lite" was supposed to be.

Does anyone have pictures or is in possession of such a device? I don't know if it was a shaft-only model or if it came in a OPS.
