Drilling holes for rivets in bottom of boot

I have a pair of boots I want to put holders on. I need to drill all holes. I read most of the threads on changing holders and the conversion threads, but have not seen what size bit to use to drill the holes. I am going to have the rivets put in at the local Pure Hockey.

Lining up the holders will be easy since I am using the same boots and holders as my current skates.
