Pitch of CCM Super Tacks & Jetspeed

Hey guys,

now that Easton is gone, I'd like to start moving into another brand of skate. I like what I've read about the CCM skates, and the only thing holding me back now is the pitch of the two skates.

Right now, I'm on  Easton Mako IIs with the TUUK Edge holders and 3mm of heel lift. I'd like to know if the pitch of my current setup would be closer to the Super Tacks or Jetspeed skates. Which skate's boot cant would also be closer to what I'm wearing?

I'm asking because there are no hockey shops in my country and it's impossible to try those two skates on.

JetSpeed boot is tilted forward more than supertacks, but not enough to match your Mako setup. You might have to add shims to your new skates as well or profile the runners at least. Note that SuperTacks and JetSpeed made for different feet shapes. I would speculate that JetSpeed is closer to Mako 2 in that respect.

VH/TRUE Hockey skates  are the closest to Mako II's.

I agree with All Flash. If you like the Mako skates and can't find any more in your size, but are willing to spend money on a top of the line skate then the VH/TRUE skates are the closest option.
