Glove Mods (besides Pat)

Looking for some glove modifications (additional backhand padding, breaking 2 piece fingers into 3), but Pat's backlog is loaded. Any other reputable people out there? Thanks!

I bought some poron padding off amazon and put it in behind the liners myself. I used 1/4", but they have all kinds of sizes. I know that doesn't help with the fingers, but it makes for an easy fix for sizing issues.
