Superfeet vs. speedplates

What is everyone's experience between superfeet vs. the speed plate?   Do some people actually prefer the speed plate?   I might leaning more toward speedplates and was wondering if anyone else felt the same.  I loved my superfeet but they don't sit in the skate as well as the speedplates from my experience.
