Help With Blackstone Sharpener

Hey guys,

My shop uses a Blackstone JC-04 (I think) skate sharpener and I've noticed that the suction is very low below the right wheel and the cross grinder.  Anyone know a fix for this or a way to troubleshoot?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
