The MCL, or LCL, isn't a major structure for most things. As long as the ACL/PCL and bone bruising healed correctly you should have stability and no pain. But you must be doing PT. It's either intense PT or surgery. Just sitting around waiting for it to feel better and slapping a brace on it is absolutely not going to work and will lead to further injury. While I suppose that's better than not doing anything - a PT regimen to rehab a specific injury should really be administered by a trained PT under the guidance and recommendations of an Ortho or doctor that diagnosed the injury. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
