I never played in Dubai when I lived there since the rink is kind of a dump. They do have a decent league made up mostly of Canadian and US expats. Let me know what other details you are looking for. I have no idea as to cost or anything but they play at Al Nasr Leisureland and the primary tourney team is the Dubai Mighty Camels. I have a jersey/sweater I will dig out and bring some time.
