Face Mask Sizing

I currently use a Large Bauer 5000 Helmet with a Medium Bauer 4000 face mask. I want to change to a Jofa face mask, but I am unsure of my size becuase my local pro shop doesn't have any in stock. What size would be closet to a Medium in Bauer?

Someone of my team has a medium Jofa cage and a Bauer 4000L and it works fine.

Generally I buy the same size cage as my helmet.

i just bought a jofa medium for my 5000 medium today. go with the large because u have a large helmet, but i also heard a medium shud work

It depends on the shape of your face. There is no rule for the proper size.
