skate tune up, rivets, holders

I just noticed the holders on my sons skates need to be re riveted. I thought the new steel we just got was loose but it's the whole holder. Many of the rivets are loose and actually move in and out.

This on a pair of pro stock (custom My Bauer) Hyperlites with very little wear otherwise.

I want to make sure the holders are straight/aligned when they're in the shop. Is that a thing? Is it hard to do? Should I expect any retail store to this correctly?

Some one who knows what they’re doing could pretty well eyeball and put a straight edge on the blades to make sure they aren’t bent. If all they’re doing is replacing factory rivets and not drilling new holes it should be pretty straightforward.

Runners are brand new. I was wondering about the holder being straight as assembled.

They ended up replacing all rivets, both skates. $60.
