Frontier Hockey/Hejduksport out of business?

is Frontier Hockey/Hejduksport out of business?  I'm trying to get a Frontier 8.8 visor and when I look them up it says out of business.  The visor was cut a little different than just an aviator.

Hejduk sport is still around atleast here in Europe. Check out hps-sport-shop.de

They ship overseas aswell..
