Bauer Vapor X or Jofa 9700

I would be happy if you could make my decision easier.

I have a pair of Jofa 7500 from this year, 2004 (I think those are 2003, someone correct me if I'm wrong) and I like them a lot.

They provide quite a bit of protection without being too bulky or heavy.

Mine have a re-enforced Nash palm that is holding up very nicely.

No complaints from me (I play 3 times a week btw).

the 9700's for the $ are a great deal if you fit your hand correctly..i nearly got a pair last year but they rubbed one finger the wrong way, literally...

i do like the raised middle which takes the impact along with the design...

i'd take a Vapor XV over the 9700 but not the X

If you dont have your mind totally set on either of those two, you might want to check out the TPS HGT8 series. they have good protection and the are one of teh most comfortable gloves i have worn. but if you have to choose between the two, you should go with the jofas

I'd go for the Jofas, just because I love how they look. I've never tried either glove on, so...

I usually hate when people do this but maybe go with the XV? People have been really satisfied with them, and I know people who like them more than the XX's. If you can't get the xv's though, I would suggest the X's. I am really just a fan of bauer gloves though .

Go with whichever fits your hands better. If it's all the same, I think the Jofa palms will last longer than the pig skin palms on the X. If you like the X fit better, consider the XV as well.

Try both of them on and whichever one you think is more comfortable, go for that one. If it were me though, i'd go for the Vapor X's over the Jofa's.
