graf blade holder screws

A whole lot more...

I don't like to offer it because the anchor has notches on each side. It's a pain to put in - if you make a bigger hole, it is easy, however, you run into the problem of it spinning around when you try to loosen the screws to remove the holder. Then you have to tap it out with a drill and it's never fun and can stretch out the holes due to the heat.

Alright, I won't change anything then... if it ain't broke, don't fix it :D.

BTW, JR I got the steel today and it's great, thanks a lot.

The Graf RMS nuts are indeed a bit tricky to get mounted, but there are two tools that make it much easier for the service tech / shop:

1) a small nipple you put on the riveting machine which centers the RMS nut when pressing it into the pre drilled hole. Sourcing: Graf Canada?

2) a device we have developed call "Holger", which allows to position the RMS nut very precisely and easily, especially in the toe cap, where RMS´ing else is a pain. See http://www.t-blade.com/product/product354.jpg
