curving trouble

Recommended Posts

i figured i'd take some of my broken wooden sticks and try heating the blades up just to get a hang of it in case i needed to tweak some of my good blades. the only problem is, whenever i heat the blades up, the laminate on the blade tends to seperate from the blade. is there any way to avoid this? if it matter, i've been using sherwood 7000's to heat up

Try doing it as a slow process. Heat a little, curve a little and keep doing that until you get to the curve you want. If you try and curve it all at once you will have problems.
