I love my Sole insoles, they're heat moldable and don't raise your heel as much as some others (like Superfeet).  I use Sole Active thin, but they also have a medium version with a touch more padding but honestly the thin have more than enough padding imo.

The Genetix insoles that come with some True skates are squishy and would be nice if you’re a ref or coach in your skates all day. As a player I feel they take up too much volume and deaden the feel of the skates
