I was told by a friend that CCM is responsible for making RBK. Now I havent really looked into RBk much although their stuff looks killer. So is this true that CCM makes RBK?

Yes, Reebok purchased The Hockey Company which is the corporation that brings you CCM, Koho and Jofa. CCM has an active forum as well.
