Pre-Game Preperations

Was wondering what most of you happen to do before a game....

What do you eat, drink? How soon before the game?

Do you do any running before the game etc?

I'm trying to work on my endurance during games and any tips would be great.

I never eat after 3 hours to game time, I start drinking lots of fluids: water, gatorade, powerade etc. That seemed to help me after I started doing it. And getting plenty of sleep the night before seems to help a lot aswell. I stretch after my warm-ups and not before because it can actually take away muscle strength if you stretch without a good warm up (15-20 minutes of warming up is what my trainer told me).
