Sniper407 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2005 I never eat after 3 hours to game time, I start drinking lots of fluids: water, gatorade, powerade etc. That seemed to help me after I started doing it. And getting plenty of sleep the night before seems to help a lot aswell. I stretch after my warm-ups and not before because it can actually take away muscle strength if you stretch without a good warm up (15-20 minutes of warming up is what my trainer told me).
