Need new shoulder pads

I'm now in the market for new shoulder pads because I've been usin these ghetto bauer 1000's from sport check that I got for like 30 dollers. My budget is pretty big but not top of the line like v-12 or synergy or anything like that but i want high performance and mobility.

Go for an Itech or Jofa.

yeah jofa has been known for making some of the best protective equipment on the market. there stuff in pretty comfortable too.
