shoulder pad sizing

I'm probly gonna get nike, bauer, or jofa shoulder pads and I am 5' 7'' and probly still growing at least I hope. I think the bauer/nike said a sm is 5'4'' to 5'7'' and a m is 5'7'' to 5'11''. What do you guys suggest I get.?

Is there anyway you can try them on? A XL V12 were too big for me but, a L V12 fit me perfectly. I'm 6'1''... I;d try to try em on but if you think you are still growing get the bigger size.

for sure jofa, most brands can't compete with them in terms of protective equipment.

Get a size 4 (s/m) Jofa. You won't regret it.

Agreed. I had a pair of S/M 8800s that I wore for half of this year (until a teammate stole them back) and I'm 5'11" 175. With Jofa's they're too bulky the bigger up you go in sizing I think

i think my V12s are better than any other shoulder pad on the market and i tried on a lot of em before i decided on the V12.
