I have an easton baseball bat that i bought at the begining of last years season, which was about late April or early May. The bat has a 400 day warrenty and it has a dented flat spot on it and i dont have the reciept. It's still under warrenty so if i could get a reciept i could get a new bat. If i ask the store i bought it from for a new reciept do you think the would or should give me a new one so i could return it to easton?

Technically you are committing fraud if you get a new receipt. Did you pay with a credit card? You can use your bank statement to get the exact date and the store can find your original receipt. If that doesn't work, you should talk to Easton customer service.

i was with my dad when i bought it and he either used a credit card or debit

I'd say the first thing would be just to call up easton and see what they say. It doesnt hurt to try that first.
