Possible problem with CCM Vector boot?

I don't know if this is a problem or not...I bought a pair of CCM Vector 7.5's around 3 months ago.

When I walk in them, I hear a slight clicking noise. I figured the blade was a little loose in the holder so I tightened it. Next time skating I noticed it still and the blade was definitely in there pretty good.

After skating I always take the insole out while letting the skates dry. I noticed for the first time the other day that cracks are starting to spread outward from 2 or 3 of the rivets.

This is only visible from the inside of the skate - If you look from the bottom, you can't see any cracks in the outsole. I don't know if they're starting to die or if its nothing to be concerned about. Figured you guys would know :]

The insole is cracking.

It happens to CCMs as they use plastic insoles.

Is it a sign they're dying though, or no big deal?

No big deal. The skate will hold up well for years with the cracks. But, they should be under warranty if you can return them to the place you bought them.
