Vapor XXX skate question

Just bought them today and I have a question about them.(Already did a search and couldn't find anything about what I want to know.)

So, on the tongue of my right skate there's a little tag on it that says " Vapor XXX Pro Stock Reg# xxx xxx"

I just want to know if that means they're pro stock or not.(nothing on the box says pro stock)

I thought the same thing when I got mine, until I saw the real pro stock version (with the little tag on the side of the tongue and the double stitching).
