How to post Word Documents

I have an article that I want to post that exists only as a word document. How do I post something like this? It is quite long and would be better posted as an attachment of some sort.

We do not allow direct attachments to MSH.

Reason being the possibility of viruses. You're better off making it a html document and hosting it somewhere.
