    Are these some kind of new production of the old Tacks model? The graphics on the Prolite and the steel are newer than what would have been on there in the early 90's. I'm curious about the "Original" stamp above the 652 on the tongue also.

    Yeah, like ATL said, no dremmeling needed. Clearance is only at a few mm on the second wheel, but that's all you need.
