It is somewhat similar. The new vents in the front don't look that bad, but the original ones were better. Also, if you look closely in that pic, it says V04 on the side, extremely close to the back...which looks like the back of the Vector (and now V08). I noticed the no ear loops also. That looks so goofy. They should think about the NHL. The HT2 is one of the most popular helmets in the NHL, and replace it with this. Most players remove their earpieces.

Ahh....V08...looking good. A Dual Density VN Vector... The V04...not so much. So Ugly! Why didn't they just change the logo?

you go to be kidding I hope he is. If you aren't, bad choice. You'll get no protection from those things. I'd suggest to get real hockey skates...even if they are really cheap ones.

I was for a while now, but you see way more Vectors in every league now. I think it'll be my future helmet.

The more I see that bucket, the more I want it. It looks good. From what I've heard, if the 5000 fits you, this one will too. The 5500 fits me extremely well, so hopefully this can be the helmet for me. Can't go wrong with the price either.

Quite a stick collection there. I had trouble seeing on the 2nd pic. Which helmet do you prefer? The Intake or the RBK (is is 8k or 6k?)?
