    That's totally up to you. The 8k's are amazing. I wouldn't wear any other pair. What I really like, is that they don't have the straps that wrap around your calf. Hope that helps.

    Yes, they are. I absolutely love them. They're tanks. I will tell you though, that I had to buy a size down. I wear a 36 waist in pants and had to buy a medium.
